GMC (Georgia Military College) Bookstore 

The GMC (Georgia Military College) Bookstore is open Monday-Friday from 9 am-5pm. In addition to GMC uniforms, we stock GMC T-shirts, water bottles, decals, school supplies and much more. Stop by today! 

Due to the generosity of the late Honorable W.J. (Bill) Usery, Jr., the Usery Legacy Fund provides an initial uniform issue at no cost to all new Prep School students. This wonderful gift to our students provides significant savings for our families! To receive the free uniform, families must complete the following steps: 

• New Students in grades 6th-12th must contact the GMC Bookstore (478-387-4909) after June 1st to set up a uniform fitting. 
• During the month of June, new students in grades K-5 simply need to come by the GMC Bookstore and pick-up his/her Usery Legacy uniform gift. 

 SY24-25 Prep School Uniform Fitting Schedule 

June 3rd - 28th

New K-5th grade students must stop by the bookstore (no appointment necessary) to be fitted for uniforms. The student needs to be present to receive uniforms. 

 July 8th - 31st

• New 6th –12th grade students by appointment are fitted for uniforms and issued his/her Usery Legacy uniform gift. 
• Returning rising 6th graders by appointment are fitted for uniforms and issued his/her Usery Legacy uniform gift. 
• As funds are available, returning rising 9th graders will be eligible for additional Usery uniform assistance beginning July 22md, no appointment necessary.
