Annual Meal Plan
Georgia Military College Preparatory School offers families the option to enroll students in the SY26–27 Annual Lunch Meal Plan. The meal plan provides lunch service on scheduled school days from August 2026 through May 2027 and is billed through Blackbaud Tuition Management. Plans are billed in 12 monthly payments beginning in May and ending in April. Families enrolling after May must bring any missed payments current by August 1.
Enrollment is completed by scanning the QR code (from the attached flyer) for the student’s grade and submitting the required enrollment deposit, which is applied to the first meal plan payment. The Annual Meal Plan covers lunch on full school days and does not include school half-days, holidays, emergency closures, or additional food purchases.
If a student withdraws from the Annual Meal Plan, the family remains responsible for a portion of the annual fee based on the withdrawal date, with liability increasing throughout the school year.

After School Program
The after-school program is offered to all elementary students in grades K-5. The program runs until 5:30pm on all full days of school and is staffed by GMC Prep School faculty and staff. In grades 2-5, the students have dedicated homework time. After that, it is fun time - this varies from playing outside, to watching a movie, playing games, or doing a special activity. In Kindergarten and 1st grade, the students participate in activities including playing outside, watching a movie, STEM bins, free drawing, special activities and more.
After School program fees are added to your family’s Blackbaud Tuition account.
- Annual Rate $1,200/ year (August 2025 thru May 2026)
- Drop-In Rate $9.00 per day

Jones County Bus Service
GMC Prep School currently offers a one-way bus transportation to students who live in the Jones County Area. Bus transportation is not provided after school, so students are responsible for transportation home.

- 100% Refundable before the first day of school
- 75% Refundable before the second nine-week period begins
- 50% Refundable before the third nine–week period begins
