  • 82 students (100% of the Class) earned a GMC Prep School diploma.

    • 39 Honor Graduates -  students earning a cumulative HS GPA of 90 or above

    • 54 Graduates attended GMC from 6th through 12th grade

    • 12 Graduates earned an Associate's Degree from Georgia Military College on the same day as their High School Graduation

  • 76 students (93%) will enroll in a post-secondary institution in the Fall of 2019 with 2 students enlisting in the United States Army, 1 student choosing to serve his church through a Mission experience, and 3 joining the work force.

      • 20 to State Universities -- Albany State (5), Georgia College (9), University of North Georgia (4), Middle Georgia (2)

      • 3 to State Colleges -- Coastal College (1), Abraham Baldwin College (2)

    • Georgia Private Colleges/Universities -- 3 students

      • Mercer University (2), Spelman College (1)

    • Out-of State Colleges/Universities -- 8 students

      • Belhaven University (1), Coastal Carolina University (1), Full Sail University (1), Massanutten Military Academy (1), South Carolina State University (1), University of Tennessee-Knoxville (2), Virginia Tech (1)

    • Georgia Military College -- 12 students

    • Georgia Technical Colleges -- 2 Students

  • 32 students (39%) earned over $1.5 million dollars in scholarship monies (academic, athletic, and/or military) towards their postsecondary education. 

  • 1 member of the Class received a direct appointment and acceptance to two service academies - the United States Air Force Academy and the United States Military Academy at West Point.

  • 9 members received full ROTC scholarships to the colleges/universities of their choice and 1 student was the cecipient of the prestigious Georgia Tech STAMPS Scholarship.

  • 46 students (59%) earned Georgia's HOPE Scholarship 

  • 55 students (67%) participated in our Dual Enrollment program with GMC Junior College as a sophomore, Junior and/or Senior.  These students combined to complete 560 college courses and earned a total of 2,850 quarter hours.

  • 13 students (32%) earned a passing scores on one or more AP exams during their high school careers.   3 students were named as AP Scholars.

  • Average ACT scores:  21 Reading, 21 English, 20 Math, 21 Science, 21 Composite 

  • Average SAT scores:  551 Evidence-Based Reading and Writing, 535 Math 

  • During their High School years, the Class of 2019 has been a part of 16 State Championships.  40 students (49%) of the class hold a State Title and 10 students have won two or more Team Titles and 3 students3 students (7%) hold a National Title.

  • 9 students have won two or more Team titles and 3 students hold four or more Team Titles.  In addition to the Team Titles, 3 students hold individual State titles.

  •  2 students accepted invitations to participate in athletics at the collegiate level. 

  • The Class of 2019 continued the tradition of our three previous graduating classes by reaching their goal to fully endow a ìClass ofî scholarship prior to graduation.  As of May 2019, the Class of Endowed Scholarship Fund totaled $49,116.94 with the first award is being given to a Prep student for the 2019-20 school year.
